Scheduling an Appointment

To schedule an appointment with an OPAS practitioner, call 360-385-4843.  To cancel or reschedule an OPAS appointment, please call 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

 OPAS physicians do not see new patients without a consultation request from a primary care provider. The one exception are those patients wanting to be started on Suboxone Agonist therapy for opiate dependency. Please call the office for details. 360.385.4843
