STAFF BACKGROUND
James K. Rotchford, MD, MPH
Dr. Rotchford has more than 20 years of clinical experience
helping patients with chronic pain. During the past
10 years he has specialized in pain management as a result
of his more than 20 years of experience helping patients through
medical acupuncture. His approach is eclectic and he
employs standard medical as well as alternative approaches
to pain management. In addition to his pain management
experience, Dr. Rotchford has been recently certified in Addiction
Medicine.

Elinor Tatham, MD MPH
Dr. Tatham is board certified in Family Medicine and is a
seasoned physician having worked extensively in and out of
the hospital. She has special interest in helping patients
with pain & addiction and has been on staff since 2006
and has lived and worked in Port Townsend since the early
90's.
Qianna Mosier, Medical Assistant
Qianna Mosier is a certified medical assistant and a certified
acupuncture detoxification specialist utilizing the NADA protocol.
