LOCATION: On the lateral side of the tip of the small toe, about 0.1 cun posterior to the corner of the nail.
NEEDLING METHOD: Perpendicularly 0.1 inch or more. Or apply moxibustion.
REMARKS: Ting Pt mother, tonification departure point of TM of Bladder.

MODERN FUNCTION: FirST-aid pain treatment of back problems by coupling with SI-18 (gathering point of TMs of Yang of leg), dysmenorrhea, laTE-periods, labor and delivery, malposition of fetus (before and during early labor), urinary difficulty, nocturnal spermatorrhea.
CLASSICAL FUNCTION: eliminates wind, clears eyes, invigorates blood, removes dampness, induces dampness downwards, clears brain, regulates childbirth.
